This recipe is the key recipe in every home! CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES!!!!!! These are my favorite to make and I decided to do it so everyone has the recipe for future reference. Firstly you need to grab the ingredients!!!

Ingredients

• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 3/4 cup water
• 2 large eggs
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 4 ounces melted unsweetened  baking chocolate

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Or if you are using an AGA then don't worry. Line cupcake pans with paper liners. These can be any liners try and mix and match to add colour and it can be definitely be a statement for an event. You can get them at any supermarket or craft store.

Put all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.  If you have a Kitchen Aid then put all the ingredients in there or if you have a whisk then whisk at a low speed for 30 seconds, and then scrape the bowl so ingredients go in the middle. Then mix at a high speed for 3 minutes.

Fill liners 1/2 to 2/3 full of batter.  Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until a stick is inserted in center and comes out nearly clean.

Cool 10 minutes in pans then remove, and place on wire racks to cool completely.

Frost when chocolate cupcakes are completely cool.

I will have a detailed blog on how to frost soon so look out for that!! I hope you enjoy and I will speak to everyone soon!!! x

MY SUMMER FIND AND WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO:

Hello everyone,

I got Ivory colour which matches my skin tone perfectly!
Long time no see!!! I am so excited to update you on what I have my eye on at the moment and a necessity I bought over the summer!!!

I sadly ran out of my Bobbi Brown foundation so I was on the prowl for a new foundation especially in Boots as there are so many products which I am dying to try. So I was with my friends and trying lots and lots of shades and saw the true match "L'oreal brand and tried the Ivory colour it was brilliant and at the time I think it was only around £6.99- £8.99 but I think it has gone up in price now! That is an excellent price to pay for a foundation! It is great for my skin as I regularly have break outs but it really has done me proud as I have trouble with good foundations on my skin and the amazing price was just the cherry on the top!

I have also wanted Litas for a long time!!! I have my eye on these lookalike Litas but they are a bit different! I am pondering whether to get them!! If I do I will write a review on them and upload photos!

My next blog will be about my experience at the OLYMPICS!!!! And this term look forward to recipes, hauls and experiences to the build up to christmas!!! x
